I’m Taylor! I’m a DC-based actor, teaching artist, and writer.

I recently graduated with my BFA in Acting from Shenandoah Conservatory. While at Shenandoah, I performed in 5 mainstage shows and served as a class representative and manager for the Acting class of ‘23 and the Treasurer for SUs’ chapter of Alpha Psi Omega, National Theatre Honors Society.

Outside of work, I love to play video games, paint, and try cooking something new. I’m also working on becoming more fluent in ASL (ask me what my favorite sign is)!

  • Inherit the Wind

    Monday, November 18th

    Taylor performed in Shakespeare Theatre Companys’ staged reading of Inherit the Wind, written by Jerome Lawrence and Robert Edwin Lee, directed by Samantha Wyer Bello at the National Academy of Sciences. He is so grateful for this opportunity and looks forward to many more.

  • Sleeping Giant

    October - November 2024

    Taylor understudied The Messenger track in Steve Yockey’s Sleeping Giant at Rorschach Theatre, directed by Jenny McConnell Frederick. He’s been so grateful to return to Rorschach for a second time.

  • Intro to Stage Managing

    December 2023 - May 2024

    Taylor took his first shot at Stage Managing with Levine Music Theatre, in two Jr. productions of Finding Nemo and Annie. Annie performed at the Alden Theatre in McLean, Virginia. He has really enjoyed supporting the group in this new world and looks forward to exploring it more.

    Taylor is so excited and grateful to receive his Recommended Pass in Unarmed Combat! Huge thank you to Casey Kaleba for teaching the class and to Round House for hosting them, and huge thank you’s to Robb Hunter for being an incredible adjudicator and to Mallory Shear for assisting the class.

  • Signature in the Schools

    January 2024

    Taylor joined Signature Theatre’s Teaching Artist roster for their program Signature in the Schools. Thank you so much to Matt and David for welcoming him on, he is so excited to continue working together!

  • DC Debut!

    October 27th - November 19th, 2023

    Taylor made his DC debut in late October with Rorschach Theatres’ Night of the Living Dead Live! He played Johnny/Bill/Zombie and he was thrilled to jump into the undead world! Big thanks to Rorschach Theatre Company for giving Taylor this experience.

  • How to Fight Like a Pirate

    September 2nd, 2023

    Taylor assisted Mallory Shear in teaching a Single Sword class called How to Fight Like a Pirate at the Reach in The Kennedy Center. He is incredibly grateful for the opportunity and looks forward to many more classes.

    Taylor graduated from Shenandoah Conservatory’s Acting Program, where he performed in 5 mainstage shows and served as his class’s treasurer and showcase production manager. He’s now headed to DC to dive head-first into the theatre world.
